⊕ Objective

Within 15 years of Gong cha short history, starting from Kao Hsiang, Taiwan in 2006, Gong cha is currently operating over 2000+ stores in 25+ different countries. This project is named “無限/Wu Sian" which means "limitless/infinite" in Chinese characters which also shows the ambition of Gong cha global expansion to be the number one tea company in the world.

⊕ Problem

The interior design of Gong Cha's spaces lacks consistency in terms of color, layout, materials, and furniture selection. Collaborating with multiple interior designers and architects has resulted in confusion. The intricate decorations in the store have led customers to have an inconsistent perception of the brand's image.

⊕ Solution

There is a need to define a unified interior space system. The interior design planning and brand guidelines must be consistent. Local sourcing of interior design materials should align with the brand guidelines regarding color and material. The use of brand colors should be standardized in terms of proportion.
